PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air intake device for internal combustion engine which can simplify and miniaturize a connection structure of a throttle body to a tubular member. SOLUTION: This air intake device comprises a throttle body 1 having a throttle valve 2 to open/close an air intake passage 1a and a tubular member 26 which pipe-connected to the throttle body 1 to form an air intake passage 26a to be communicated with the air intake passage 1a of the throttle body 1. An engagement means comprising an engagement projecting part 53 and an engagement recessed part 62 which are respectively formed on the members 1 and 26 to connect the members 1 and 26 to each other in a locked condition through the engagement therewith is provided between the throttle body 1 and the tubular member 26. An elastic seal member 70 to seal a space between the members 1 and 26 mainly in the radial direction is provided between the throttle body 1 and the tubular member 26. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
