PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calendar watch excellent in the visibility of dates, and has a high versatility in the design of its calendar window. SOLUTION: A calendar window 2 is arranged above a dial 1, and a day wheel 3 having date letters 4 from 1 up to 31 inscribed in its periphery is set on the lower surface of the dial 1. In the calendar watch, the day wheel 3 is rotated each day, and a date letter 4 is shown through the calendar window 2 to perform date display. The day wheel 3 comprises date letters 4 whose only figures of units have horizontal width at least 1.1 times as wide as those of tens. In vertical width, all the date letters 4 are the same. In addition, the dates to be displayed are divided into groups by regularity, and at least one out of these groups is inscribed on the day wheel 3 by a display mode different from other groups.
