PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily fittable mounting structure of a vehicular heat exchanger capable of providing a necessary strength at low cost and reducing the weight. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger comprises header tanks 2 horizontally arranged in parallel. The header tanks are mutually connected through a number of tubes 3, and the upper and lower ends of the header tanks 2 are mutually connected through side plates 4, respectively. The heat exchanger is fastened to a machine frame by a bracket 5 brazed to each side plate 4. The bracket 5 is formed by bending a plate material, and comprises a fastening plate part 6 having reinforcing ribs 61 and 61 formed by bending both the lateral sides in the same direction over the whole length, and a brazing plate part 7 to be brazed to the side plate 4. The fastening plate part 6 has a fastening surface 60 on the opposite side of the reinforcing ribs 61 and 61, and a substantially V-shaped curved part 64. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
