PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing decomposable organic solid fuel are provided to obtain solid fuel in which organic acid is concentrated by forcibly performing fermentation and drying using various decomposable organic materials, and an apparatus for burning and heating the solid fuel is provided. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for manufacturing decomposable organic solid fuel comprises a main body(1) into which contents that are decomposable organic materials are injected through hopper(2); an outer heating source for heating the contents from an inner part of the main body; agitating vanes installed inside the main body to mix the contents; and a sealed circulation device(8) which is installed on an outer part of the main body, into which hot and humid air generated from the contents in the main body is discharged to the sealed circulation device, and which is consisted of a condenser(9), coercive supplying device(7) and a heat exchanger(10), wherein the condenser discharges the moisture into the outside by separating moisture in a condensate water shape as the hot and humid air is passing through the condenser, and the contents are fermented and dried by repeatedly performing a process of converting the low temperature low humid air into high temperature low humid air as low temperature low humid air from which moisture is removed through the condenser is passing through the preheating process through the heat exchanger, and a process of supplying the high temperature low humid air exhausted from the condenser into the main body again so that the fermented and dried contents are discharged into the outside through an outlet(5). |
