The method for drilling and filling anchor holes in the ground or rock uses a drill crown (7) for rotary and -or impact drive, to which a drill pipe is attached. The drill pipe is made of sections and remains as an anchor in the bore. The facing end of the pipe remains spaced from the drill crown. A hardened suspension of material (9) in the annular spaces between the drill rod and pipe (3) is forced back. Claims include a drill for rock and earth drilling using the method.
