<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assisting arrangement for generating a service power failure procedure capable of simulating a service power failure range using an existing CAD drawing, with no use of connection information between equipments generated based on the connection relationship on the drawing. <P>SOLUTION: A charge/failure state discriminating part 14 discriminates a connection state between equipments from a geometric information of CAD symbol for an equipment in a CAD drawing displayed on a drawing display unit 11. The charge/failure state discriminating part 14 discriminates a charge/failure state of equipment from the discriminated connection state between equipments and the state of equipment extracted by an equipment state extracting part 13. A service failure procedure generating part 19 uses the CAD drawing to set operation for the equipment based on the discriminated charge/failure state for the equipment for specifying a service failure range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
