PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outrigger of a cargo handling vehicle wherein cargo handling work is performed without inclining of the vehicle toward right or left by synchronizing of support leg parts of right and left outriggers, and inspection and maintenance of hydraulic cylinder are easily performed. SOLUTION: The cargo handling vehicle has a cab 5 in the front and a chassis frame 8 in the rear, and a loading space 9 is mounted on the chassis frame. A rotatable boom 15 in the fore-and-aft direction and a boom rotating device 10 are provided on the loading space, and the outrigger 11 having a pair of right and left support legs 26 is provided in the rear part of the loading space. The hydraulic cylinders 28 are pivotally mounted in the fore-and-aft direction in the rear inside of the loading space, and an end part 45a of a pivot shaft 45 extending to the right and left is pivotally supported on an outer frame 30 in the rear part of the loading space. Drive arms 41 coaxially connected directly to rods 39 of the hydraulic cylinders and a pair of right and left driven arms 47 parallel to the drive arm, are fixedly provided on the pivot shaft. The driven arms and the support leg parts 26 are rotatably direct-connected, and the support legs are vertically rotated at the same time in the right and left by the telescopic movement of the rods of the hydraulic cylinders.
