SUPPORTING DEVICE FOR HEAT EXCHANGER

PURPOSE: A device for supporting a heat exchanger is provided to prevent the lowering and eccentricity of tanks and improve the horizontality between the tanks and a header, and the perpendicularity of baffles. CONSTITUTION: A device(20) for supporting a heat exchanger includes supporting elements(30). The heat exchanger includes header tanks(2) respectively formed of a header(3) and a tank(4) coupled with each other with a predetermined distance, and cores(7). The cores are formed of a plurality of tube(5) coupled between the respective header tanks and heating fins(6) positioned between the tubes. The above components are blaze-joined by the supporting device(20) when the tubes and the heating fins are stacked on the header tanks. After closely contacting and supporting the tanks, the stacked elements are put into a blazing furnace as lying. The supporting elements elastically support the tank of a side at a plurality of points and that of the other side at a single point. The supporting elements respectively have branched parts(21), first and second supporting parts(22,25) provided to front ends of the branched parts, and a connection part(24) formed of a predetermined length and integrally connected to the branched parts. The first and second supporting parts respectively support the tanks at each side toward the cores.
