摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated biosensor which facilitates the miniaturization of an apparatus, provides sensitive accurate measurement, and is easy to use. <P>SOLUTION: A minute hole or a groove is formed on a silicon substrate surface as a flow channel and a liquid reservoir for buffer solution through which chemical substances concerning the closing and opening of a channel of a channel protein are transferred. A lipid membrane in which the channel protein is embedded is placed in the flow channel for buffer solution (6) such that it covers the liquid reservoir (9). A sensor unit is provided which comprises an upper electrode (10) and a lower electrode (11) provided on the upper side and the lower side of the lipid membrane (7), respectively. An amplifier circuit comprising a transistor for amplifying a channel current of the channel protein (8), a resistor, and a condenser is integrated with the sensor unit on the same substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
