摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recovering particulate from light FCC (fluidized catalytic cracking) effluent by improved light olefin FCC method capable of obtaining reaction heat required for a reactor by treating light feed raw materials causing improper coke formation. SOLUTION: The method for recovering particulate comprises supplying quench oil from a liquid distributer 142 to a quench oil inventory 114, keeping the inventory steady state, bringing the effluent gas into contact with the quench oil so as to be cooled and to obtain, from a conduit 116, a cooled effluent gas washed and removed the catalytic particulate and containing essentially no particulate, recycling the quench oil recovered from the contacting step to the inventory, continuously circulating the quench oil flowing out from the inventory to the contacting step, separating the particulate from quenching oil stream flowing out from the inventory through a filter 160a and 160b, recovering the particulate not to accumulate in the inventory and slurrying the particulate recovered from the separating step.
