PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillow which is provided with an idling pillow part at the part where the head makes contact, leads an user comfortably to a sound sleep state, and continuously supports the head with a fixed elastic force even when the head is moved by turn over or the like. SOLUTION: The pillow made of a bottom face, an upper face having a curved face and side faces is equipped with a recessed part 2 formed at the position where the head is in contact on the pillow 1, a through hole 3 penetrating the recessed part, a fixing member 4 fixed under the through hole, a coil spring 5 erected on the fixing member, and the idling pillow part 6 fixed at the upper side of the coil spring and formed such that its exterior shape resembles the recessed part. An idling gap 7 is provided between the inner side of the recessed part and the outer side of the idling pillow part. The coil spring always applies the elastic force upward.
