PURPOSE: A device for recording/playing information of a car is provided to easily install the device to the car as well as a room, and make a driver and a passenger seat on a back seat watch the information easily. CONSTITUTION: A rack(102) is fixed to a front roof in the car. A DVD(Digital Versatile Disc) player(104) is attached/detached to the rack and plays an optical disc(103). A screen inverting tool is joined to the DVD player and inverts a screen displayed from the DVD player. The screen inverting tool comprises an inverting switch(131) and a switching cam(132).
