PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety frame excellent in workability at maintenance, without drastically increasing the lateral width of a revolving element and making a hood and the safety frame interfere with each other. SOLUTION: In a revolving working vehicle 1, the hood 7 provided with a seat 8 is equipped to a revolving element 3 rear portion, and rotated and opened/closed to a rear side. The safety frame 9 of a portal shape in a front view is composed of attaching portions 18L, 18R, vertical frames 19L, 19R, and q lateral frame 20. The lateral width of the attaching portions 18L, 18R is made to be not more than the lateral width of the revolving element 3. The inner opening width of the vertical frames 19L, 19R is made to be larger than the lateral width of the hood 7, and the lateral frame 20 is disposed at an upper position than an upper end of the seat 8 at a seating position. In this structure, increase in the maximum lateral width of the revolving element can be suppressed at an extent of a diameter of the vertical frame, and the hood 7 can be greatly rotated to a rear side without removing the safety frame from the revolving working vehicle.
