Disclosed are compositions and methods for the diagnosis and therapy of Wilms' tumour antigen-associated cancers, and in particular, mesotheliomas. In particular, methods are provided in addition to, compositions and kits for eliciting immune and T cell responses to Wilms' tumour antigen polypeptide-derived antigenic fragments, and methods for the use of such compositions for diagnosis, detection, treatment, monitoring, and/or prevention of human malignant pleural mesothelioma.
