摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensionally structured body of a ceramic or ceramic precursor of a nanometer order size, which highly accurately follows the shape of a mold without being specified by the quality of a ceramic; and a method for preparing a three-dimensionally structured body of a ceramic or ceramic precursor of a nanometer order size by an LPD (liquid phase deposition) method. <P>SOLUTION: A mold with a three-dimensional structure is dipped in a ceramic deposition reaction solution capable of depositing an arbitrary ceramic or ceramic precursor. Thus, a ceramic or ceramic precursor is deposited and piled up on the surface of the mold by an LPD method. The ceramic or ceramic precursor thus deposited and piled up is taken out of the mold, giving a three-dimensionally structured body of the ceramic or ceramic precursor, the body having ruggedness contrary to that of the three-dimensional structure of the mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
