VESSEL FOR CELL CULTURE, SCRAPER, AND METHOD FOR CELL CULTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vessel for cell culture capable of making a subculture operation for anchorage-dependent animal cells in a closed system.

SOLUTION: The vessel for cell culture comprises a hollow main section provided with an opening and a plurality of culturing surfaces with successively increased in area inside the hollow space, a lid covering the opening, and a magnetized scraper placed in the main section, formed in a specified shape and movable through manipulation by another magnetic substance from the outside of the main section, and in addition, a partition member placed in the main section and functioning to separate a culture liquid with no to-be-cultured cells injected into the main section from a culture liquid containing the to-be-cultured cells.
