<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of cutting back time needed for a recycling treatment of a storage battery. <P>SOLUTION: With a stop period T2 in between, a charging period T1 for making up a charging current Ic by superimposing a base current Ib and a pulse current Ip is periodically repeated. With this, an inner resistance and a terminal voltage of the storage battery are rapidly recuperated in a short time, which helps cut back a recycling treatment time as a whole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
