PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To actualize a specified environment by notifying electronic equipment to be controlled of specified time and desired contents to take place at the time in the form of input information. SOLUTION: The present invention comprises transmission and reception parts 11 and 12 which communicate with the electronic equipment, a storage part 13 which stores control information of the electronic equipment, input/output parts 14 and 15 which send and receive information to and from a user, an analysis part 16 which generates time-series control data for controlling the electronic equipment according to the control information and input information, and a timer part 17 which performs management as to whether the specified time comes according to the control data. Once an input is received from the user, control data of the electronic equipment needed to realize the specified environment at the specified time are generated and when the current time reaches the control time, control contents are sent to the electronic equipment to be controlled one after another according to the control data.
