PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a water amount without lowering a water level in a bathtub in order to save resources. SOLUTION: A strong sucker is attached under a balloon filled with air, and fixed by sucking on the bottom of the bathtub. When water is poured into the bathtub, the balloon is sunk down in the water, so as to save water for the portion of the volume of the sunk part of the balloon. The thin sucker does not become an obstacle even on the bottom of the bathtub. Thus, a bathing person can stretch legs and is not disturbed in bathing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
