PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas-barrier film drastically improved in gas-barrier effect under high-humidity conditions and excellent in resistance to hot water. SOLUTION: The gas-barrier film is obtained using a gas-barrier resin composition comprising a polyalcohol-based resin, glyoxal, a basic substance and a metal compound or silane compound.
