PLANE COMPOSITE MATERIAL, MANUFACTURING METHOD AND USE THEREOF

摘要

The present invention provides plane composite material composed of a thin wood sheet, innocuous adhesive coated on the surface of the sheet, and a fibre layer sticked to the surface of the sheet. The present invention also provides a method of manufacturing the plane composite material, as well as the use of the plane-composite material in manufacturing tableware. The plane composite material of the invention may be processed into various tablewares by using normal machines, the tablewares can replace the polystyrene dish, as well as paper cup, paper dish and dinner box coated PE etc., which make against environment-protection. This will reduce wastage of pulp so as to indirectly reduce waste-liquid release and energy wastage in the process of manufacturing pulp, thereby it benefits to protect earth entironment.
