PURPOSE: A combining structure of a door trim for a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of parts, to quickly execute fastening work, and to prevent the generation of a gap. CONSTITUTION: In a combining structure of a door trim(3) for a vehicle, a fitting protrusion(21) is integrally formed to the inner surface of the rear of the door trim and a fastening hole(22) is formed to the side of the door trim. A supporting hole(23) is formed in a corresponding position of the fitting protrusion, in a door inner panel(2). The fitting protrusion is inserted into the supporting hole and then a screw(24) is combined to the fastening hole, to combine the fitting protrusion to the supporting hole. A fitting projection(25) is formed at the tip of the fitting protrusion. A screw position-holding ring(26) is formed at a screw contact part of the fitting protrusion.
