PURPOSE: A battery tray of a vehicle is provided to install and remove the battery conveniently by fastening the battery to the tray with fitting a fixing pin to an insertion hole of a guide plate. CONSTITUTION: A battery tray(100) of a vehicle is composed of a tray(10) having a placing part seating a battery and plural guide plates(15) protruded upward to guide the battery to be seated and composed of insertion holes, and a fixing pin(20) fitted to the insertion hole of the guide plate to fasten the battery to the tray. A thread part(21) is formed in the fixing pin, and combined with a nut(23). A bent part(25) is formed in the end of the fixing pin and fitted to the guide plate. The battery is placed in the placing part of the tray, and fixed firmly to the tray by the fixing pin. The battery is disassembled from the tray by loosening the nut.
