PURPOSE: A transmission support bracket of a vehicle is provided to minimize the transmission of the vibration noise to a vehicle body and to improve an NVH(Noise Vibration Harshness) performance of the vehicle by damping vibration produced when a transmission moves in the vertical and lateral directions and in the forward and backward directions, to the utmost. CONSTITUTION: A transmission support bracket of a vehicle comprises a support plate(211) having plural bolt holes(211a) to be bolted to a case of a transmission; a plate flange(212) having bolt holes(212a) at the ends thereof, which is opened in a side of a vehicle body, to be combined with an insulator formed integrally with a transmission mounting bracket; a pair of outer reinforcing brackets(215,217) each welded to the outer surface of the support plate facing the front and the rear of the vehicle body when the support plate is mounted to the transmission; and an inner reinforcing bracket(219) ends of which are disposed toward the front and the rear of the vehicle body and are welded to the inner surface of the plate flange. The plate flange is vertically bent upwardly along the edge of the support plate. One side of the inner reinforcing bracket, touching with the upper surface of the support plate, is welded.
