PURPOSE: A scattered reflection type floodlighting apparatus using a microbubble layer is provided to enhance an advertising effect and a lighting effect by forming the microbubble layer in a bubble floodlighting plate to induce the scattered reflection. CONSTITUTION: A scattered reflection type floodlighting apparatus using a microbubble layer includes a bubble floodlighting plate(1), a frame(2), a reflector(3), a plurality of LEDs(4), and a rear cover(5). The bubble floodlighting plate(1) includes a microbubble layer. The bubble floodlighting plate is installed at a front side of the frame(2). The reflector(3) is installed at a rear part of the inside of the frame. The LEDs(4) are installed on a bottom side between the bubble floodlighting plate(1) and the reflector(3). The LEDs(4) are formed with a green LED, a yellow LED, and a red LED. An advertising copy and an advertising design are formed on the bubble floodlighting plate.
