PURPOSE: A heater panel is provided to allow for ease of assembly and disassembly and minimize a defective ratio of manufacture by standardizing sizes of panels. CONSTITUTION: A heater panel comprises a heating plate(10) which is bent to have an inner space, and has slits(11) formed at both sides of the heating plate; a heater(20) having constant temperature cables(21) connected to a current supply line(22) through connection portions coated with coating members(23), wherein the constant temperature cables are provided with a current and heated to a predetermined temperature; and a heat insulating member(30) having a predetermined height and area such that the heat insulating member is inserted into the inner space of the heating plate, wherein the heat insulating member has fixing grooves(31) each of which has a shape corresponding to the shape of the heater so as to permit the heater to be inserted into the fixing grooves.
