HEAT RADIATING PANEL USING MICRO PCM

PURPOSE: A heat radiating panel is provided to prevent an erroneous operation of a device by efficiently radiating the heat generated from the device. CONSTITUTION: A heat radiating panel(1) comprises an upper cover(2) having a high thermal conductivity; a member(3) made of a micro PCM(phase change material) having an automatic temperature control function; a mesh member(4) which easily radiate heat; and a lower cover(5) made of an anti-slippage material having a high air permeability.
