PURPOSE: A system and a method for offer a loan with an optimal condition by using the network are provided to search/offer loan goods most fit to a customer and offer the loan in real-time by identifying the customer without making the customer visit a financial organization. CONSTITUTION: A member manager(110) calculates member certification of the customer by comparing the personal information data inputted through a customer terminal with the data stored in the member information database(D10). A loan application manager(120) stores/manages the loan related data from the customer in a loan application database(D20). A loan condition manager(130) stores/manages the loan related condition data transmitted from a financial organization server in a loan information database(D30). A matching manager(140) calculates the loan goods by calling/matching the loan application information with the loan related condition data stored in the loan information database. A settlement manager(150) settles a loan price requested from the customer depending on a matching result.
