PURPOSE: A device for striking a dust hopper is provided to easily separate dust from the dust hopper by striking a plurality of blows to the dust hopper successively. CONSTITUTION: A device for striking a dust hopper is composed of a cylindrical housing(10), a cylindrical tube(11) installed at the upper center of the housing, partitions(12) installed between the tube and the inner surface of the housing and partitioning the inside of the housing into a plurality of air pockets(13), air holes(14) formed at the air pockets and communicated with the housing, a piston(15) installed in the housing, a striking member(16) installed at the piston and striking the hopper, a return spring(17) installed between the piston and the housing, an air supply tube(18) supplying air to the tube, a check valve(19), and a successive operation unit. The check valve is installed at the upper part of the air pocket, and supplies air to the air pocket. The successive operation unit opens the air holes successively.
