LCD driver power saving

摘要

The access of common or backplane addresses are interlaced to the liquid crystal display (LCD), and the access of RAM data driving the LCD segment drivers is interlaced. The segment address signals are developed from the data read out from RAM, and are activated such that the alternating LCD locations are written with 1 and 0 in checkerboard pattern, so as to stress the LCD panel in worst condition. An independent claim is also included for LCD power saving apparatus.
