发明名称 MEMBRANE COUPLED ACTIVATED SLUDGE REACTOR INCORPORATING ADVANCED OXIDATION PROCESS (AOP) AND PROCESS USING THE SAME
摘要 PURPOSE: Provided are membrane coupled activated sludge reactor incorporating advanced oxidation process and process using the same, wherein activated sludge is decomposed by ozone oxidation and residual ozone is used for cleaning a membrane so as to continuously operate the sludge treatment apparatus and prevent clogging of the membrane, thereby preventing sludge discharge, expanding operation time of the membrane, and reducing maintenance cost for the membrane cleaning. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a bioreactor with a membrane(2) which is submerged, an ozone generator(5) for generating ozone, an ozone contact oxidation tank(6) for bringing the ozone generated by the ozone generator into contact with sludge(4), a treated water tank(9) for temporarily storing filtrate of the membrane(2) for bringing the filtrate into contact with residual ozone of the oxidation contact tank(6), and a back washing pipe line for transferring the filtrate mixed with the residual ozone(8) to the membrane(2) for washing the membrane(2). The method comprises the steps of (a) biologically treating wastewater using a bioreactor with a submerged membrane, (b) storing the treated water of the bioreactor to a treated water tank, (c) introducing sludge generated from the bioreactor to an ozone contact oxidation tank and decomposing the sludge by ozone oxidation, (d) introducing the decomposed sludge again to the bioreactor to use it as external nutrient, (e) introducing residual ozone which is remained after ozone oxidation in the ozone contact oxidation tank to the treated water tank to mix the ozone with the treated water, and (f) introducing the treated water with ozone into the membrane through a back washing pipe line for oxidizing and detaching pollutant attached onto pores of the membrane.
