PURPOSE: Structure of fixing a radiator of a vehicle is provided to simplify the assembling process, and to increase the productivity and convenience by elastically fastening the upper part of the radiator to a front carrier module fixed on a vehicle body with a fixing clip. CONSTITUTION: A radiator fixing system of a vehicle comprises a radiator(100) formed in the front of an engine room of a vehicle body; a fixing groove(200) inserting and supporting left and right lower parts of the radiator; an elastic member(300) elastically inserted to the upper part of the radiator; a front carrier module(400) contacted to the elastic member and fixed to the vehicle body; and a fixing clip(500) elastically combined with the front carrier module and the elastic member with penetrating to restrict forward and backward movement of the upper part of the radiator from the front carrier module. The upper part of the radiator is fixed to the front carrier module conveniently by the fixing clip.
