PURPOSE: A system and a method for integrally reporting a missing article are provided to report all missing articles at once and stop transaction through a single call or Internet connection by inputting ID information according to a missing report application procedure through a wire/wireless telephone or the Internet. CONSTITUTION: An ARS(Automatic Response Service) server(20) guides a user to input personal information by connecting to the wire/wireless telephone(10). A missing report server(30) is connected according to a service code inputted through the ARS server, performs certification by receiving the personal information through the wire/wireless telephone, connects to an organization or company issuing the missing article by receiving a sort of the missing article, and transmits a result processed by the issuing organization or company to the wire/wireless telephone through the ARS server. A missing report processing server(40) of each issuing organization or company receives the personal information inputted from the missing report server, searches an issued certificate or card by using the personal information, and informs the missing report server of the search result. |
