PURPOSE: A test sample cutter is provided to prevent an accident and to improve workability by easily cutting various kinds of test samples and safely conveying the test samples. CONSTITUTION: A test sample cutter(1) is installed in a gas cutter(100). The test sample cutter(1) includes a transverse conveying unit(10), a longitudinal conveying unit(20), a cutting unit(30) and a control unit. The transverse conveying unit(10) is installed on a frame(120) in order to convey the longitudinal conveying unit(20) along a thick plate(300). The longitudinal conveying unit(20) is installed on the transverse conveying unit(10) so as to convey the cutting unit(30) up and down. The cutting unit(30) is mounted on the longitudinal conveying unit(20) in order to cut a test sample(311). The control unit controls the transverse conveying unit(10), the longitudinal conveying unit(20), and the cutting unit(30).
