FUNCTIONAL BEVERAGE USING ONION, APPLE AND TREE SAP

PURPOSE: A functional beverage obtained by heating a suitable amount of onions and apples and then adding tree sap thereto is provided. The produced beverage removes fatigue, and prevents and improves human disease as well as removes the unpleasant smell of onions and apples. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of 10 to 90% by weight of onions and 10 to 90% by weight of apples is finely ground and heated at 80 to 100deg.C. The fruit juice is then mixed with tree sap or 50 to 1,000% by weight of mineral water. The tree sap is selected from Acer mono Max. sap, birch sap, Actinidia arguta(darae) sap and the like.
