COMPOSITION OF PLASTER APPLIED TO INNER WALLS FOR HEALTH PROMOTION AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided is a ceramic plastering composition for human health in addition to wall plastering by using acrylic polymer and natural inorganic materials as raw materials. CONSTITUTION: The wall plastering composition is prepared by mixing acrylic polymer, inorganic filler(10-40micrometer size) and water in a ratio of 1 : 3-7 : 0.75-2.5. The acrylic polymer is produced by the following steps of: (i) mixing 388-465g of deionized water, 0.77-0.93g of anionic surfactant, 0.77-0.93g of non-ionic surfactant, 0.77-0.93g of surfactant, 0.77-0.93 of dispersant and 2.56g/8.55g of initiator/H2O in a main tank and heating to 80-85deg.C; (ii) preparing pre-emulsion by mixing 177-212g of deionized water, 6.5-7.8g of anionic surfactant and 14-16.7g of non-ionic surfactant, adding 326-391g of butyl acrylate monomer, 281-336g of methyl methacrylate monomer, 8.5-10.2g of methacrylic acid, 2.9-3.5g of glycidyl methacrylate; (iii) adding a mixture of initiator(4.0-4.9g) and deionized water(8.5g) to the main tank of step (i), and adding pre-emulsion of step (ii) slowly at 80-85deg.C for 6-7hrs for polymerization; (iv) aging for 1hr; (v) cooling to room temperature and controlling pH of the reactants with ammonia water. The inorganic filler is prepared by mixing 50wt.% of Portland cement, 20-25wt.% of elvan and sericite, 10-15wt.% of diatomite, 5-8wt.% of calcium carbonate and 5-7wt.% of talc, and firing at 600-800deg.C, wherein the ratio of CaO and SiO2 is 1.3:1.
