The membrane is accommodated in the valve housing (22) and serves as a seal between the housing (22) and the moving shaft (13). It is supported by two elements (20, 21) following fan-like every motion of the membrane on the side pointing towards the shaft (13) while supporting it. A first element is supported as the fan disk (20) against the lid of the valve housing (22) the second element (21) is attached to the movable shaft (13) as a fan shaft.
