PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation process of vegetable oil fuel with a low viscosity by lowering(cracking) molecular weight of a vegetable oil as a raw material. SOLUTION: The process at least comprises: an ester exchanging process P<SB>1</SB>of a vegetable oil comprising triglyceride with an unsaturated fatty acid ester; an ozone treating process P<SB>2</SB>of the unsaturated fatty acid ester formed by the above process P<SB>1</SB>; and a reducing process P<SB>3</SB>of the ozonide formed by the above process P<SB>2</SB>.
