PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance quality of a humidifying tile by preventing the occurrence of color unevenness and local whitening on the surface of the tile. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a humidifying tile includes a step (a) of obtaining a material 10 for forming by sticking water absorptive dry powder 14 to the surfaces of hydrous granules 12 containing a humidifying material, a step (b) of obtaining a press formed article by press forming the material 10 for molding, and a step (c) of obtaining the humidifying tile by firing the press formed article.
