PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve appearance quality by removing occurrence of irregular color or local whitening on a surface of a conditioning tile. SOLUTION: A process (a) for lamination forming a surface layer 12 comprising absorptive dry powder, a process (b) for obtaining a press formed product by press forming an obtained laminate 10, and a process (c) for obtaining the conditioning tile by fixing the press formed product are contained on a surface of a substrate layer 14 comprising a molding material.
