A pest control agent composition having a synergistic effect which contains as the active ingredients one or more compounds selected among phthalamide derivatives represented by the general formula (I), which are useful as an insecticide or acaricide, and one or more compounds selected among compounds having insecticidal activity, acaricidal activity, or nematicidal activity. (I) In the formula (I), R<1>, R<2>, and R<3 >may be the same or different and each represents hydrogen, C3-6 cycloalkyl, -A<1>-Qp, etc.; X and Y may be the same or different and each represents hydrogen, halogeno, etc.; n is an integer of 1 to 4; m is an integer of 1 to 5; and Z1 and Z2 each represents oxygen or sulfur.
