PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the movement of a lifting cord wound around a winding drum in the rotation stop state of the winding drum in a lifting cord winding device for a blind. SOLUTION: One end of the lifting cord 16 is connected to one end side of the winding drum 20 rotatably supported in a head box 10. The winding drum 20 has a tapered peripheral surface with the outer diameter gradually reduced toward one end side from the other end side. Holes 20d are formed in the peripheral surface of the winding drum 20 toward the other end side from one end side. The other end of the lifting cord 16 connected to one end side of the winding drum 20 is inserted through the inside of the winding drum 20, led out of the hole 20d and guided toward the other end side of the winding drum. With the hole 20d as a winding start part, the lifting cord 16 is wound around the winding drum 20 from the hole 20d toward the other end side of the winding drum 20. The winding start part prevents the winding of the lifting cord from slipping on the surface of the winding drum 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
