PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform cooling and refrigeration to a plurality of cooling spaces in a small loss state of cold heat energy. SOLUTION: A condenser 3 is communicated with and connected to a regenerator 1 for housing an ammonia-water type solution and evaporating and separating a refrigerant, and ammonia vapor evaporated-separated by the regenerator 1 is introduced, condensed and liquefied. An absorbing part 9 is arranged in the plurality of cooling spaces S separate from the regenerator 1 and the condenser 3 for returning a dilute aqueous solution to the regenerator 1 by absorbing ammonia in the dilute aqueous solution after evaporating the ammonia supplied from the regenerator 1. An evaporating part 7 is arranged in close vicinity to the absorbing part 9 for evaporating an ammonia liquid from the condenser 3 according to absorption of the ammonia of the absorbing part 9. The evaporating part 7 is provided with a heat exchange duct 23 and an air blowing fan 22, and air is cooled by latent heat of evaporation in the evaporating part 7, and the obtained cold air is blown off in the cooling spaces S.
