PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent improper construction due to distortion in construction caused by elasticity of a blade of an application device for road construction work by use of a heat-resistant elastic body ground contact blade and to prevent improper construction due to lift and buckling caused by little degree of freedom for a road surface on which a plate connecting the blade is changed forward and backward and to the left and right. SOLUTION: A rigid frame is provided adjacent to the ground contact blade to connect the blade by providing degree of freedom in the vertical direction in the frame. As for movement performance, a tapered part is provided on a lower face of the frame for curve construction to provide degree of freedom to the left and right. Furthermore, a hinge mechanism capable of corresponding to a small up-and-down part, a large or small up-and-down part, and large or small inclination on the left and right sides on the road surface in a compound manner is connected with the frame to prevent improper construction.
