摘要 The invention relates to a method for controlling a drive system and a drive system for vehicles with drive to two driven axles with an automatic gearbox and a subsequent distribution gearbox which is switched by the driver, for distributing the drive effort to the driven axles. An automatic adjustment of the vehicle speed (22, 32, 56) is carried out during a switching process of the distribution gearbox. Whilst driving, the driver can switch between the low range (L) and the high range (H) (Shift on the Move), without getting the vehicle into a non-permitted operating state on a descent or ascent. On a descent, exceeding the maximum permitted vehicle speed (vmax) in the low range (L), as a result of the absent engine braking during a switching process, is avoided. On an ascent the vehicle is prevented from coming to a standstill as a result of the absent drive effort during the switching process and the consequent change of direction of travel. Rolling backwards is prevented.
