PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a signal without increasing/decreasing the number of terminals even though the number of signals to be inputted/outputted is increased/decreased due to the specification change or improvement of a circuit. SOLUTION: A signal transmitting circuit has input-output terminals for inputting/outputting a transmission signal, a multiplexing circuit, a separation circuit and an input/output signal selector for setting a connection relation between the transmission signal and the input-output terminals. The input-output signal selector is configured so as to connect extra signals to the multiplexing circuit and the separation circuit and to connect the remaining signals to the input-output terminals when the number of the transmission signals is greater than the number of the input-output terminals.
