PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally operate an image processor while reducing traffic of a network and without lowering speed of a linking operation, and to minimize an image memory consumed on a slave side to enable other image processing processes to operate using a sufficient image memory. SOLUTION: The image processor has a color conversion means for converting a color in an image on the image processor serving as a transfer source, and a control means for not transferring color components of image data to the other image processor when an absolute value of a color difference component after the color conversion is at a predetermined threshold or lower in all pixels.
