PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the productivity of a wrist watch having an outer package case, by dispensing with a screw for fixing the outer package case to a main body case. SOLUTION: This wrist watch comprises the main body case 20 comprising an engagement projecting part 24 projecting outward along the direction of 12 o'clock and 6 o'clock, and having a first through hole 25 along the direction of approximately 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock, the outer package case 30 mounted on a surface of the main body case, and having a projecting part 31 projecting in parallel with the engagement projecting part, and having a second through hole 32 on a position coaxial with the first through hole, a band attaching member 40 having a recessed part 42 for inserting the engagement projecting part and the projecting part projecting in parallel with each other, and having a third through hole 44 on a position coaxial with the first and second through holes, a wrist band 60 attached to the band attaching member at its one end part, and a rod member 50 inserted into all of the first, second and third through holes.
