PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dew condensation prevention device having a system for controlling the temperature of a wall face to such a temperature as not causing dew condensation due to its relation with an indoor temperature or humidity and to provide a method. SOLUTION: This system for controlling the temperature of the wall face to prevent dew condensation for the wall face of a building is provided with a heating means 1 for heating the wall face w, a measuring means 2 for measuring the temperature of the wall face w and in an atmosphere in its vicinity, and a temperature adjusting means 3 for automatically adjusting heating by the heating means 1 to maintain the wall temperature within a predetermined temperature difference at which dew condensation occurs on the wall face w based on a value measured by the measuring means 2.
