CARRIER TOOL CONTROL METHOD AND ITS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier tool control device capable of controlling a carrier tool on a peripheral carrier conveyor 45 and automatically taking in and out the carrier tool on the peripheral carrier conveyor 45. SOLUTION: The carrier tool is circulated and carried by the peripheral carrier conveyor 45 between itself and a heating welding device 42 to weld a funnel of a cathode-ray tube and a panel on each other. Proper identification information is attached on each of the carrier tools of different varieties. The identification information of the carrier jig on the peripheral carrier conveyor 45 is identified by a carrier tool identification device 61. The carrier tool on the peripheral carrier conveyor 45 is controlled in accordance with the identification. The carrier tool on the peripheral carrier conveyor 45 is automatically taken in and out in accordance with control information of the carrier tool. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
